Our two neighboring guesthomes are ideally located in downtown Burlington, 2 blocks from the Burlington waterfront, and 2 blocks from the Church Street pedestrian mall. Enjoy your stay within walking distance of everything Burlington has to offer, including shopping, dining, pubs, galleries, coffee shops, parks, marinas and the city's business district.

We are 5 blocks (0.5 mi) from the center of the Champlain College campus, and 10 blocks (0.8 mi.) from the center of the University of Vermont campus.

Follow Main St. past the UVM campus and downhill through town until you reach Pine St. Take a left onto Pine St, our guesthouse is 1.5 blocks off Main St. on your left side. From Montreal and points north (90 mi./156 km) Take Autoroute 10E over the Pont Champlain Bridge. Continue on 10E to exit 22, merge onto Autoroute 35S and follow signs to I-89S. After entering the U.S., continue south on I-89 for 65 mi., taking exit 14-W to merge onto US-2 (Williston Rd.). Williston Rd becomes Main St in Burlington. Follow Main St. past the UVM campus and downhill through town until you reach Pine St.Take a left onto Pine St, our guesthouse is 1.5 blocks off Main St. on your left side.

From Boston and southern NE (215 mi.) Take I-93 N for 60 mi., merging onto I-89 N in Concord, NH. Follow I-89 for 153 miles, taking exit 14-W to merge onto US-2 (Williston Rd.). Williston Rd becomes Main St in Burlington. Continue on Main St. past the UVM campus and downhill through town until you reach Pine St. Take a left onto Pine St, our guesthouse is 1.5 blocks off Main St. on your left side. From NYC and points south (300 mi.) Take Cross Bronx Expy/ I-95 N toward CT. Take exit 48 (left exit) to merge onto I-91 N toward Hartford. Follow I-91 through Massachusetts and entering Vermont. Take exit 10N to merge onto I-89 N. Follow I-89 for 90 miles taking exit 14-W to merge onto US-2 (Williston Rd.). Williston Rd becomes Main St in Burlington.
