Sunset City Guesthouse Policies

Check-In Time: 3:00pm
If you arrive before your room is available, you are more than welcome to stop by the guesthouse to park your car (after 12pm) and pickup a map so you can begin your stay in Burlington.

Check-Out Time: 11:00am
Late check-outs can usually be accommodated upon prior request

Deposit
We do not currently charge a deposit upon booking.

Cancellation policy
We offer a full refund for cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival. For cancellations between 7-30 days of your stay, we offer a refund equal to 50% of your stay. Your entire stay will be charged for cancellations under 7 days. Please note our cancellation policy is flexible if we are able to re-book the unit, as we often are. Please understand that we operate a single-unit guesthouse, and appreciate notice of any cancellations as far in advance as possible. We do not issue refunds for transportation issues or inclement weather.

Occupancy
Our 2-bedroom guesthouse comfortably accommodates 4 people in two bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 full). A queen-size air mattress is available to set up in the living room which can accommodate up a 2 additional guests.

Our 3-bedroom guesthouse comfortably accommodates 8 people in two bedrooms (2 queen beds, 2 full). A queen-size air mattress is available to set up in the office space adjacent to the master bedroom room which can accommodate up a 2 additional guests.

Children
Children of all ages are welcome. Please note that we do not provide cribs or cots.

Pets
Sorry, no pets are not allowed.

Smoking
We are a non-smoking property. For those smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Please note that smoking inside our guesthouse will result in a minimum charge of $150.

Noise
Please note that we are located in a residential neighborhood, and observe quiet hours after 11PM. Have fun, but please be respectful of our neighbors.
